Welcome! I’m Megan, a Licensed Professional Counselor with a passion for guiding individuals on their journeys toward growth, healing, and self-discovery. I am the founder of Guided Growth Counseling, LLC, where my mission is to create a safe, supportive space where you can explore your thoughts, feelings, and experiences with compassion and understanding.

My practice is grounded in evidence-based techniques, tailored to each individual, with a focus on mindfulness, cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), and trauma-informed care. Education & Experience

With 10 years of experience in the mental health field, I have had the privilege of working with a diverse range of clients. I hold a Master of Arts in Counseling from Spring Arbor University, and I have completed trainings in anxiety disorders, autism treatment, grief and bereavement, and nutrition as it relates to mental health. My ongoing commitment to professional development ensures that I stay current with the latest research and techniques in the field.

A Bit About Me

Outside of my work, I am also passionate about my two dogs and two cats (they are common guests on my therapy calls), writing silly little stories, woodworking, and more that I sadly don’t have room to list!
